I. Warranty Coverage & Period

12 months from purchase date (valid order or receipt required)

Material Warranty:

  • Stainless Steel Series: Covers non-human damage including breakage, coating peeling, and welding fractures
  • 925 Silver Series: Covers tarnishing, breakage, or loose settings caused by material or craftsmanship defects
  • Brass with 18K Gold Plating Series: Covers abnormal plating peeling, base metal corrosion, or severe discoloration

Craftsmanship Warranty:

  • Broken solder joints
  • Gemstone loss due to manufacturing defects
  • Non-human damage to components (chains, clasps, etc.)

Free Service Included:

One professional cleaning service for 925 silver jewelry during warranty period (proof of purchase required)


II. Non-Warranty Cases & 50% Discount Replacement

The following are NOT covered under warranty, but you can get a 50% discount replacement without returning the original:

  • Human-induced damage (impact, compression, improper storage)
  • Discoloration or plating damage from chemical exposure (perfume, pool water, sweat)
  • Normal wear and tear (plating wear, scratches, deformation)
  • Lost components (single earring, necklace clasp, etc.)

Replacement Rules:

  • Choose same or equivalent product (pay price difference if applicable)
  • One replacement per order maximum
  • New warranty period starts with replacement

III. How to Get Service

For Warranty Claims:

    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
  2. Ship product back (you pay return shipping)
  3. We cover shipping for repaired/replaced items
  4. Service completed within 20-30 business days

For 50% Discount Replacement:

  1. Email magnificentqueens@outlook.com with:
    • Order details
    • Damage description
  2. Pay 50% of new product price
  3. Keep your original item
  4. Receive replacement with new warranty
